Computer aided facility management, as the name implies, uses a computer program designed to aid in the management of multifaceted and complex facilities, including but not limited to the building(s), furniture, and equipment. CAFM not only simplifies organization, tabulation, and analysis of data, it makes the information more current and readily accessible to those using it to make facility - related decisions.
					ILYA's CAFM system is based on the American APERTURE system. We have adapted the system to meet the requirements offacility management in Japan, and have established some unique system components specificly for corporate facilities. We believe that ILYA's CAFM is applicable to other facilities as well.
